Should fisherman pay for every fish they catch? Yes, I think that paying for the fish is a great idea, depending on the size of the fish. A small fee for the small fish and a bigger fee for bigger fish. It would stop people catching so much fish as they wouldn't want to pay for so much and help the sea life thrive. It would cut down a number of fishing boats, therefore, more fish would survive.
